ing the caudal cervical trachea, resulting in

image cranial to the mass shows the normal
trachea (b: arrow) and the adjacent contrast‐
enhancing cervical esophagus (b: arrowhead).
Further caudally, an intensely enhancing
tracheal mass is confirmed to be mural
(c,d: arrows). Mass margins are clearly
defined, and the tracheal lumen is narrowed
at this level. Excisional biopsy revealed the
mass to be a tracheal adenocarcinoma.
