5y FS French Bulldog with inappetence, lethargy, and head tilt. There is a large, irregularly shaped T1 hypointense and T2 hyperintense
mass in the right temporal–piriform region, resulting in midline shift and obscuration of the ventral aspect of the right lateral
ventricle (a,b,d). Perilesional edema is conspicuously absent. The mass enhances nonuniformly following contrast administration,
with a thin contrast rim defining the mass margins (c,e). Postmortem examination confirmed the mass to be a grade III
oligodendroglioma with extension into the right lateral ventricle (f: arrow). The high water content of the mucinous center explains
the T2 hyperintensity of the tumor.
