6y FS Domestic Shorthair with progressive obtundation and signs of intracranial disease. There is an ill‐defined, mixed T1 and T2 signal
intensity mass in the right cerebellar hemisphere (a,b: arrow) with T2 hyperintensity in the adjacent vermis, indicative of perilesional
edema (a: arrowhead). The mass nonuniformly enhances following contrast administration, and mass margins are poorly defined
(c,f: arrow). The cat had small intestinal T‐cell lymphoma with metastasis to regional lymph nodes, liver, and cerebellum. Hemorrhage
seen in the cut surface of the cerebellar mass (d: arrow) explains the mixed signal intensity seen on MR images.
