There are multiple T2 and FLAIR hyperintense
foci within the cerebellum (a,b: arrows). These
lesions moderately and uniformly enhance fol-
lowing contrast administration (c,d: arrows),
although margins are ill defined. Postmortem
examination confirmed metastatic mammary
carcinoma.
