"Data shows that people with disabilities are more likely to not go to school and
               have less opportunity to participate in the labor market. In addition, their spending
               rate is also 30 percent higher than other families," he expounded.

                Amin revealed that the government had, in fact, set a budget for compensation for
               disabled people, but he believed that the number could be higher.

                To this end, the government will offer continued support, so that people with
               disabilities can have access to employment opportunities to become independent.

                He also praised private sector players that have offered work opportunities for
               disabled people. Specific treatment given by these employers includes stress
               management at the workplace and the application of production targets in line with
               their abilities.

                "I got information on varied advice and special treatment given by the business
               community to empower workers with disabilities. Thank you to the business sector,"
               he added.
