                   These words are often misused in speech and writing.
                   When you compare items, use the conjunction “than.”
                              “Then” is an adverb used to indicate
                                       order in time or place.


                                  “The boy is taller than his father.”


                   “Please finish the project and then send me the summary.”



                        “Mike stood in the line; then Eric, and then Jared.”
