SYMPTOMS
AND REASONS
OF VITAMIN D
DEFICIENCY
The factors such as the limited exposure to the sun, using sunscreen with a Sun Protection Factor above

D deficiency. This is manifested by rachitism in children, osteoporosis in older adults, weakened immune system and fatigue.
WHAT HAPPENS IF
WE TAKE TOO MUCH
VITAMIN D?
Since excessive intake of vitamin D in the form of drops or preparations in an uncontrolled manner without expert advice will be stored in the body, it can lead to calcium accumulation in the blood, kidney stones, heart and kidney failure, fatigue, confusion, vomiting and constipation.
WHO SHOULD CHECK THE
LEVEL OF VITAMIN D?
4 Those who experience extreme weakness and exhaustion,
4 Those having a bone disease (osteomalacia, osteoporosis)
Those who have risk factors for vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency, dark skinned people, women, people working in the office, elderly people,
obese people, women who are pregnant with short intervals,
breastfeeding women, those who receive cortisone treatment should definitely check their vitamin D levels.
VITAMIN D DEFICIENCY IS COMMON IN
OUR COUNTRY AND IN THE WORLD. THE METHOD OF TREATING THIS IS TO BE EXPOSED TO SUNLIGHT REGULARLY IN SUNNY SEASONS, TO CONSUME VITAMIN D-CONTAINING FOODS REGULARLY AND ADEQUATELY, TO ADD VITAMIN D INTO THE FOOD IN PRODUCTION, AND FINALLY, IF IT IS SERIOUSLY DEFICIENT, TO TAKE MEDICATION SUPPLEMENTS WITH EXPERT ADVICE.
