Postal Voting Forms

Candidates for positions on National Committee of Ulysses Club Inc

Please be advised that Postal Voting Forms are available upon individual member request.

This applies to those Members who are unable to attend the 2023 Rally in Lismore, New South Wales on the
Saturday 6 May, 2023 but who still wish to exercise their right to vote for the candidates of their choice for the
National Committee of the Ulysses Club Inc.
The request should be made by contacting the National Administration Office
on administration@ulysses.org.au in sufficient time to allow the completed forms to be returned to the Returning
Officer by close of business Friday 21st April 2023

The last date to request Postal Votes is 7 April 2023 to allow sufficient time for Australia Post to return them to

FOOTNOTE:- Robert Hunt #51563 (Geelong Ulysses) is seeking re-election as a candidate for Ordinary
Position . Put in a request to vote and include Rob among your preferences.

Remember to print off a copy from your email attachments and keep it somewhere handy!

We have introduced a Ride Leader Incentive/Reward program . If you lead a ride in 2023, your
name goes in the draw to win a prize at the December Club meeting - the more rides you lead, the more
chances you have to win! ... So, put up your hand up to Lead a Ride - just contact me on 0407 560 500
with your preferred date and destination!

To kick things off… we need a Ride Leader for Sunday 7th May Short Ride. TIA,
… or any gap you see in the Calendar that needs a ride leader!
