PRESIDENT’S PATTER
Well, the Odyssey is done and dusted! Thank you
to everyone who came along and helped. It was
a pleasure to see the great teamwork over the
weekend with minimal involvement from me.
There were a few glitches, though nothing
insurmountable. Lots of praise has been received
from participants.
Those that visited the WA Motor Museum were
impressed with both the displays and
appreciative of Patric’s narrative.
The detailed Odyssey 2021 Financial Report is
presented later in the magazine. To summarise:
over $21k was spent in Northam; there is
currently a deficit of $747.34. However, once
funding assistance has been received from
Business Events Perth (BEP), it is expected that Nigel has volunteered to lead a JUB group for the

There was a good turnout for the Memorial Ride;
with some confusion about corner marking and a
“new” route some arrived later than others.
