 must	 contribute	 to	 the	 community’s	 treasury	 based	 on	 the	 size	 of	 their
 household,	their	income	and	their	assets.		With	this	understanding	in	mind,
 “Tovei Ha’Ir” in this specific sense has been rendered in this translation as
 the	“city’s	administrators.”
