Aseh, of being in fear of Hashem, is the basis for prohibiting the needless
expression of G‑d's Name. This concept is taught in Gemara Temurah

is a bigger transgressor than so-and-so,” and they continue to defame him ןטקָ ףיִעס א"נק ןמיִסבּ( "םהרָבא ןגמּ"ה בַתכֶּשׁ וֹמכוּ ,יִמצעה

one sin of his leads to another (Avot 4:2), because he spoke Lashon Hara, ,קחֹדִּמ היִּתְשׁוּ הליִכא אלּא ,םהל רַתּה אלֹו ,שׁדּקְִמּה

are well known, that one who speaks Hashem's Name needlessly will be .*'ג קלחבּ 'ה תרַזעבּ וּנבַתכֶּשׁ
severely punished. It is appropriate to excommunicate this person and he
will become impoverished, G‑d forbid, as is brought down in Gemara
Nedarim (7b). (Please see that reference). Therefore, one who wants to
protect his soul will stay very far away from this sin. :ה"הגה
