“Romans 6:23 tells us that the wages of sin is death but
the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus. Galatians 6:8 tells
us for he that soweth to his flesh shall reap corruption, but he

that soweth to the spirit shall reap life everlasting. Living a life
to please the flesh and its desires results in a life filled with cor-
ruption. That tells us that it’s not okay to give in to the desires
of the flesh. For there are dreadful consequences if we do. We

should, instead, want to live a life that is pleasing to the new
