Dr. S. Madhavi, Principal of our college, expressing her
views on the occasion said, the society which regard girls,
their education and their rights, will grow and develop
more than the one which does not. It’s high time that
society needs to discard its orthodox perspective towards
girls and should realize girls as equal to the other gender.

AWARENESS PROGRAMME AGAINST DRUG ADDICTION
On 13 October 2022, The Health and Hygiene
committee, Women Empowerment Cell in association
with college NSS unit organized an awareness
programme against drug addiction, cigarette smoking,
gutka & alcoholic consumption. Sri.D.Pattabhi
Chowdhary, CI, Special Enforcement Bureau, (SEB)
Movva and Smt.G.V.Lakshmi SI, SEB, Movva,
enlightened the students about the health hazards
associated with drugs, Gutka, alcohol consumption and
cigarette smoking and also the importance of leading a

healthy and safe life style.

APCCE NAAC TEAM VISIT

With a view to strengthen the quality of government Degree colleges in the state, the Academic
Cell of APCCE has been monitoring the qualitative and quantitative aspects of GDCs on the seven
parameters of NAAC. As our college is submitting the IIQA, DR.K.Vijaya Babu, Coordinator,
APCCE-NAAC, Dr.T.John Kiran Babu, Academic Officer, Dr.P.Vijaya Kumar, Academic Officer
Visited our college on 21 October 2022 and offered their suggestions to all the departments and
various committees that are involved in the NAAC process to prepare the draft copy of SSR.
