AIDS DAY1
As a part of the World Aids Day
Celebration, Our college Red Ribbon club,
NSS, NCC and WEC in collaboration with the
local Medical Department conducted an
awareness programme and a Rally on 1
December 2022. The theme for the
2022 World AIDS Day was “Hands up for
Prevention”. The objective of the programme
was to create awareness among the citizens
about the symptoms, causes and preventives
of HIV/AIDS that has taken unprecedented
number of lives. During the rally, the
volunteers gave various slogans related to
awareness of AIDS Day.

OUR STUDENT SELECTED FOR ALL INDIA JUDO TOURNAMENT

Our college Judo players, G. Usha Sri, of III BA, P. Abhishek, of III BA and S.
Chandu, of III BA participated in Krishna University Inter Collegiate Tournment on 1
December 2022 and got selected for Krishna University Judo Team to represent in All India
Inter University Judo Men/Women Tournment which is to be held at Punjab on 6 January
2022.

MAHAPARINIRVAN DIVAS
Our college Political Science Department
celebrated Mahaparinirvan Divas on December 6
2022 to mark the death anniversary of Dr
Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar. BR Ambedkar, the
father of the Indian Constitution, was born on
April 14, 1891. Fondly known as Babasaheb, he
fought for the economic and social empowerment
of Dalits in the country, eradicating the social
scourge of untouchability and promoting gender equality. He was also among the seven
members of the drafting committee who prepared a draft of the Constitution of independent
India. On his death anniversary, here's a look at some of his inspiring quotes to
commemorate his memory and uphold the values he strongly believed in.

STUDENTS PARTICIPATION IN KUICT

Our college Men Volley Ball Team participated in Krishna
University Inter Collegiate Tournment on 15 December 2022
held at P.B. Siddhartha College, Vijayawada and on 22
December 2022 they participated in Men/women Athletics held
at AG/SG college, Vuyyuru.
