• Have all associates try on bras, particularly new styles when they come in, so they can
talk knowledgeably about the styles in your department.
• Review the monthly PK on Elearning/Campus to be clear on which sizes are offered in
each style
• Review this Bra Fit Guide and run refreshers with the staff to keep them up to date
• Have fun, lingerie is the foundation of her wardrobe, but sexy and flirty can answer a
weekend getaway need.
• Give your staff the scoop. Tell them what’s new and/or what’s on the way, generate more
excitement in your department. Keep her coming back for the latest styles and colors.
