CLIENTS
The standard comments you will encounter and how to properly answer them.
When you hear “No, I don’t wear Addition Elle bras because….” You know what to answer!
WE DON’T OFFER HER SIZE IN HER PREFERRED STYLE
• Explain how the bra that her cup size is offered in, may be a better fit for her size
Ex: Vixen Balconets do not support G/H cups as well as
Contour Flirt, Perfect T-ser
Ex: B cups are not offered in all styles, but the fit of our
B cup bras will complement her silhouette
• Suggest she try cross sizing when possible
• Bring a bra extender along so she can see the effect of better fitting band size
Ex: she’s a 46+ — bra extenders can save a sale!
• Recommend a local seamstress who can make the necessary adjustment
(particularly when the band size is too large) which is less expensive than a $150
specialty size bra in a lingerie shop and when cross sizing does not do the trick
Ex: She’s a 34G
