WIFI CONNETIVITY
The WIFI on the QuickFind laptop is preconfigured and should connect automatically without any
intervention on your part.
• Do make any modifications or changes to the WIFI settings and configurations. It is normal for
the message «No secure Internet» to display at the bottom right hand corner of the screen, as
the laptop is not connected to the Internet but to your store’s local WIFI.
• If you launch QuickFind and the sign-in screen does not load, this is a sign that your Wi-Fi is
not working properly and you should contact the IT Support Group.
THE QUICKFIND MAIN PAGE IS TAKING LONG TO LOAD
If you notice that the QuickFind main page is taking long to load, click on the Refresh icon
to reload the page.
RE-PRINTING DOCUMENTS
In the event that a printed document, like the pick list, shipping labels, or manifest, need to be re-
printed, you can follow the following steps:
REPRINTING THE PICK LIST
• On the QuickFind dashboard, select the Pending pick orders
• The following screen will appear, showing the orders that are in pending pick status. Click on
the More button and select Re-print pick list
