STEP 6: CANADA POST

• Canada Post will come on a daily basis on Monday through Friday to pick up parcels. Each store
has an individual pickup time that will be communicated closer to the QuickFind launch date.

STEP 7: PRINTING THE MANIFEST
The Manifest is a document detailing the information of all the packages Canada Post will be pick-
ing up. Upon Canada Post’s arrival at your store, you will have to provide a printed manifest.
• Print the manifest around 30 minutes before the schduled pick-up time
• To print the manifest, click on the Create Manifest button on the Store Orders dashboard

• A popup window will appear with the PDF file from Canada Post. Click on the print icon and print
out the document.
• 3 numbered copies of the Manifest will print out
• Copies 1 & 3 should be placed in the envelope on the interior wall of your secure cabinet
and given to Canada Post driver upon pickup of parcels.
• On copy 2, write your name and the date in block letters, staple it to the corresponding pick
lists, and keep these in your monthly boxes in your back store for 30 days. After 30 days,
they can be discarded

• All parcels must be accounted for by the manifest. If the manifest is printed, and another order is
completed, a separate manifest must be created.
• Remember to keep shipments grouped together along with their respective Manifest. For
example, the first group of shipments should be kept with its respective manifest, and the
second group of shipments should be kept with their respective manifest.
