AND PERSONALIZE THEIR NEWSLETTER.
• GENDER - THIS HELPS US SEND OUR CUSTOMERS MORE
PERSONALIZED OFFERS AND PRODUCTS.
• DATE OF BIRTH (MONTH AND DAY*) - OUR BIRTHDAY
OFFER EMAIL GENERATES HIGH ENGAGEMENT WITH CUSTOMERS.
*BIRTHDAY CAN BE FOUND ON THE “CUSTOMER DETAILS [F4]” SCREEN
AND BIRTH YEAR WILL ALWASY BE 2000 TO MAINTAIN CUSTOMER
PRIVACY.
