RANKINGS
You also have access to your own performance based metrics in ESS by selecting Rankings from the
main menu. Once selected, you will see 4 options: Performance, Rankings, Leaderboard and Streaks.
Selecting Performance will give you a quick
snapshot of your Week-to-date, Period-to-
date and Quarter-to-date results on select
KPI’s that were chosen by your administrator.
At the bottom, it will also display your Weekly
performance to target broken down by the
days you’ve worked.
The Rankings option will show how you performed
compared to your peers at a store, district and company
level on the KPI’s selected by your administrator. A blue bar
next to your rank means your rank has not changed,
whereas a green or red arrow will indicate that
you have moved up or down in rank,
respectively. Rankings are shown for 3 time
periods: Week-to-date, Period-to-date, and
Quarter to date.
Similar to Rankings, the Leaderboard option will
show how well you performed in the company, but will
also display the Top 5 employees in each KPI.
Lastly, the Streaks option will show you how many
consecutive shifts you have achieved your target in each
KPI. Streaks will also show you the top 5 streaks in the
company by each KPI, and the employee a that owns that streak.
