Process Cancelled Pick Up Orders


                        Customers have 5 days to pick up their item(s) from the time they were notified that their order
                        was “Ready for Pickup”. Failure to pick up an order before this due date will result in an automatic
                        cancellation of the order.

               Step 1 – Retrieve Cancelled Orders


               1.  Verify emails for cancellation notification every morning before opening.

                        Email will only be sent if there is at least one pick up order automatically cancelled the previous
                        day. If there are no cancellations, the process stops here.
               2.  Print a copy of the email with the list of cancelled orders.
               3.  Retrieve all the orders listed on the email from the designated area.

               4.  Remove items from the bags and put the bags away.
               5.  Place pickup slips with the sales paperwork in the daily sales envelope.

                        As the pickup slip contains confidential customer information, ensure that the information is with
                        your daily sales envelopes.

               6.  Ensure merchandise is ready (ticketed, steamed etc.) and place it back on the selling floor.
