5. Validate the order information and click Confirm.

The customer will receive a pickup confirmation email. This email is the valid proof of purchase in
case of a return.
6. Hand over the item(s) to the customer.
7. Some customers may simply desire to pick up their items and leave, but others may appreciate being invited to
try on their items and to continue to shop in the store at their leisure.
All returns or exchanges are handled on the POS the same way regular returns or exchanges are
handled. The confirmation email from the customer should be used to process returns, as it
contains the item information including the price.
8. Thank the customer for shopping with us.
