Do not use the Short Reason Code “BOPIS Auto Cancel.” It is only for automatic cancellations done
                        by the system.

                        The customer will receive a “Ready for Pickup” confirmation email.

               7.  A message appears at the top confirming the pick. Click Print Pickup Slip. The pickup slip will list all the items
                   included in the order.


                        If the order has more than one bag, print multiple copies of the pickup slip and indicate the total
                        number of bags on each pickup slip.


               Step 2 – Pack the In-Store & Curbside Pick Up Orders

               1.  Follow wrap and pack standards.

               2.  Place items in regular store bag(s).

                        If more than one bag is required, repeat the following steps for each bag.

                        Using a marker, ensure bags are clearly numbered, e.g., 1 of 2; 2 of 2.
               3.  Insert the pickup slip into the waybill pouch with the customer information clearly visible.

               4.  Attach the waybill pouch to the bag.


                        Ensure the waybill pouch is not sealed so that it can be easily accessed at the time of pick up.


               5.  Store the bag(s) in the designated area until the customer arrives.


                        Bags should be placed in alphabetical order (by last name) in the designated area.


                        If the order has more than one bag, put the bag handles on the same hanger (when possible).
