6. In the QuickFind dashboard, click Pending pick-up.
7. Select the order just delivered.
8. Click Confirm Pickup.
This step is very important because all orders with a Pending pick-up status will be cancelled after
5 days.

9. Validate the order information and click Confirm.

The customer will receive a pickup confirmation email. This email is the valid proof of purchase in
case of a return.
