Acknowledgments

            There are many people who have been involved in helping me create
            this book and I hope they’ll forgive me for not mentioning them all by
            name here. I am indebted to my family, particularly Dad and Mum who
            called  weekly  to  ask  How’s  that  book  going?  To  my  friends  and
            colleagues for their support, advice and contribution in helping me put
            this book together. It’s been in my head for a long time and it would
            probably have stayed there without their help.
