As users, we need to thoroughly understand what the system holds and where to find a

specific function. The system in this stage is divided into smaller fragments to make it
easier and more manageable. Once the program codes are developed as mentioned above,

the electronic components can be plugged in for testing. If all results are as expected, then
the configuration is done. If otherwise, all parameters are reset by the means of

reprogramming the codes, rerouting the electronic circuit and more.

HARDWARE FABRICATION

Construct base structure by joining of T-slots

Set up frontal roller aluminum plate, with conveyor roller inserted

Install thumbscrews to lock plate and frontal rollers

Screw in rear aluminum plates, install bearings and rear roller

Connect rear roller with gear, form gear train

Connect gear train to motor

Check for basal and vertical alignment

Solder all electronic components, connect to power source

Plug in to computer through USB, connect software

Switch on the power and check component functionality
