Where do I keep
my coffee?
You will no longer have ' your desk' , but you can still have 'your things'
which you put away in your locker when you leave for the day or are likely
to be away from the desk for more than two hours.
Teams will have home zones, which will have provision for essential team
resources, however, the general rule is that after 10:00 any desk is usable in
any zone.
As the desk next to you might be used by someone who is from another
team, don't forget to say 'Hello' and introduce yourself.
Remember - if you are off to meetings or leaving for the day you need to
pack up your photos, lucky mascot and enything else you have surrounded
the desk with
Coffee can go in your locker maybe?
By the way, hot drinks and laptops are not a good
combination
