Every day, the body always does activities. To always be in shape, the body needs
food intake. The food we are consumption should be clean, healthy, and have nutritional
value tall. Food will be digested in the body, thus producing energy and useful substances.
The various benefits include: as energy sources; helps the growth and development of the
body; repair damaged cells and tissues of the body; as well as maintaining the body's
defenses from various diseases.
