external competency test in all weather conditions when both laden or un-laden.

          Carrying of Passengers

The carriage of un-authorised passengers or animals in any plant or equipment is strictly forbidden
          at all times.

          Driving Licence

Drivers of Company vehicles on the highway must hold a valid driving licence which must be
produced to the Company on request, or on at least a 3 month basis. In the event of the
employee’s driving licence being withdrawn for whatever reason you must notify your manager
immediately and not drive any company vehicle as you will not be insured and where the use of a
vehicle is essential to the performance of the employee’s job, the Company reserves the right to
          terminate their employment.

Any change to your license must be reported to your line manager as soon as it occurs.

          Holidays

Please note that the company operates a first come first serve basis, with a strict limit of operatives
taking holidays during busy periods. Book your holiday well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Holiday is booked through Fissara and your manager can help you with this.
