10.1 Daily Defect Machine Checks
Defect checks could be used as evidence in court to help make your defence if there was an
accident. Therefore, ensuring they are completed fully and accurately is extremely important for
you and that of your colleagues to help prevent future accidents.
Machinery inspections are carried out using the form below, this allows Harrison Industrial to
record and monitor any issues that arise on the machine and ensure that they are adequately dealt
with.
If anything safety critical is identified then STOP and remove the machine from service and speak
to your manager or Foreman
