Twenty five consecutive years of
Classic Yacht racing on Port Phillip.
2021/2022 Summer Series Race 2 at RMYS
After seventy minutes of hard Classic Yacht racing,
the five up Kingurra takes the Race 2 line honours
by one second over the six up corrected time winner,
Acrospire III.
The RMYS sailing committee deemed the allocation of
Col Anderson’s story about Acrospire III their historic sail number S1 to Acrospire III as a sign of
returning to race at RMYS under sail number S1 their recognition of the contribution of Joe White and
Acrospire III to the RMYS since 1924
