StethoMe® is the world’s first AI powered stethoscope. We create unique lung and heart screening
systems which enable more efficient and accurate diagnosis and helps disease monitoring. Thanks to the
control over the examination, system allows patients to perform auscultation exam at home.

StethoMe AI is a smart sound analysis system based on AI algorithms that verify recordings of respiratory
system sounds and heart sounds. The analysis system identifies abnormal sounds caused by pulmonary
infections, asthma, COPD, lower respiratory tract infections, cystic fibrosis, etc. The algorithms detect
wheezes, rhonchi, fine and coarse crackles.

The health care challenge we are tackling is the unavailability of remote auscultation. There is currently
no objective method for determining lung condition at home. The absence of a solution poses difficulties
in the monitoring of chronic respiratory diseases such as asthma, cystic fibrosis. Thanks to the AI
algorithms and their effectiveness we are able to support doctors in the diagnosis. Especially since up
to 80% of lung and heart sounds go unnoticed or are misclassified by doctors. AI algorithms accuracy
is 29% higher than pulmonologists in detecting pathological sounds due to pulmonary infections, asthma,
       COPD, etc

Thanks to the wireless stethoscope, StethoMe impacts telemedicine development and affects social and
health inequalities reduction. AI algorithms not only help solving one of the most significant problem,
which is misdiagnosis in auscultation, but also supports doctors in the diagnosis process.

Remote auscultation mode with automatic recording reduces the need for physical contact during the
examination. This option becomes crucial during a time of pandemic, when physicians work with infected
patients. The lack of need for physical contact during the examination limits the probability of becoming
       infected.
