a) Any such student who refuses, rejects or is uncooperative with Biblical spiritual/moral
counseling, or who fails to repent for restoration will result in his or her enrollment being
terminated without recourse or refund of tuitions paid (except unused paid in full tuition
fees which shall be refunded to the student.
I. STUDENT DROP-OUT - - “The 90 Day Rule”
If we do not receive communication of any kind from a student for a period of 90 calendar days, the
student is subject to termination and forfeits all tuitions paid.
A. Conditions: If we do not receive either: Exam answers, or tuition payments, for a period of
ninety (90) consecutive calendar days, THBI shall determine that he/she has quit, or dropped,
their student status.
1. Students who do not submit any exams for a period of ninety (90) consecutive calendar days will
be considered to have dropped enrollment, regardless of tuition being current or paid in full.
2. Students who do not maintain their tuition payments as agreed for a period of three (3)
consecutive monthly payments due, regardless of exams being submitted, will be considered
as dropped from enrollment.
B. Status: Students violating “The 90 Day Rule” shall be considered “suspended” for the next 90
consecutive calendar days. During this suspension period, they may apply to be considered for
reinstatement as a student as set forth herein.
II. STUDENT WITHDRAWALS
A withdrawal is different from a “drop-out” in that the student gives PRIOR written notice to
THBI that he/she is withdrawing.
A. Withdrawal Procedure:The student must submit a letter of withdrawal prior to the cessation of
course work or tuition payments and such letter must be submitted prior to an infraction of the
“90 Day Rule”;

1. Rejection: Any withdrawal letter sent to or received by THBI after the 90 day shall be
rejected, and the student shall be deemed a “drop-out” case.
III. REFUND CONSIDERATIONS:
A. A request for tuition refund must accompany the letter of withdrawal for any consideration for a
refund to be given.
B. Failure to follow this procedure will disqualify the student from consideration for any refund of
tuition.
C. In no case shall a refund for tuition be given for courses already shipped to the student whether
or not the student has completed said courses or regardless of passing/failing such courses.
D. If a student drops out without prior notice and after a period of time, then requests a refund that
student will not be entitled to any refund consideration.
E. If a student fails to meet degree requirements, no refund of tuition shall be considered.
