IV. STUDENT REINSTATEMENT POLICIES
A. REINSTATEMENT AFTER DROP-OUT - - Students who have failed to correspond for a period
of 90 days may submit a letter requesting reinstatement within the next 90 calendar day window.
1. Letters for Reinstatement: Request Letter must be typed/printed and mailed to the offices

of True Hope Ministries of America and must be postmarked prior to midnight of the 90
day of suspension.

a. Any Letter of Request postmarked past the 90 day of suspension shall be refused for
consideration and the student’s status shall be terminated.
2. First Infraction: In cases of the first infraction of the “90 Day Rule” - - The student will be
reinstated under the same terms and conditions of their original enrollment all tuition
previously paid will continue to be applied to his/her study program.
3. Reinstatement Fee - Cause: In subsequent infractions of the “90 Day Rule” - - The student
will be required to submit a letter of request for reinstatement as directed above accompanied
by a REINSTATEMENT FEE equal to 10% of the total tuition for his/her degree program.
NOTICE: If during a student’s “Subsequent Infraction” or “dropping out” a new tuition
schedule has been published, then all tuition previously paid will be applied to
the new tuition for the degree program however the student must agree to pay
the difference between the previous and current tuitions and a new “Tuition
Payment Plan” shall be available to the student to pay for the remaining tuition
under the new tuition schedule.
B. “180 DAY RULE” - - Students who dropped from enrollment due to inactivity for a period of
180 calendar days (90 calendar days inactivity followed by 90 calendar days of suspension)
must re-apply as a new student: NEW Registration fees must be paid and a NEW tuition
payment plan must be agreed to by both the student and the True Hope Bible Institute.
1. In this situation, no previously paid tuition will be applied.
C. REINSTATEMENTS AFTER WITHDRAWALS – Student shall be required to register and
apply as a new student according to the published terms in effect at the time of re-application
regardless of time frame with no exceptions.

I. REGISTRATION FEES:
A. Reconsideration Period: Applicants are allowed thee (3) business days to reconsider their
choice to begin the Registration Process to enroll with THBI for Degree Study Programs

B. Cancellation with Refund: Applicants must notify THBI by midnight of the third (3 ) business
day after paying Registration Fee.
1. Written Notification: A written and signed (hardcopy or digital) Notice of Cancellation must
be delivered to the offices of THBI.
2. Timing of Notice: Cancellation Notice must be SENT prior to midnight (central standard

time) of the third (3 ) business day subsequent to the registration fee
being paid.
