Title of the Practice: Peer learning for slow learners (PLSL)
      Objective of the Practice:
A student learns better from his/her peers than from adults. The aim is to identify slow learners
and to peer tutor them. To innovate a method sticking to the time constraint and devise a method
to streamline their learning and include them in the main stream students. The objective is to use
peer tutors; tutors who have been selected, trained to reinforce the topic already taught by the
teacher. Hence to find the outcome of peer tutoring on the learning outcome of slow learners.
      Actual Practice:
Identify the slow learners, prepare Question bank and to assign important questions to each
student and faculty will further discuss scheme and solution of the important questions. The
      planning is done as follows:
                      Session I:
❖ Preparing Question bank of 60 questions
❖ Assigning 2 important questions to each student
❖ Subject teacher will discuss scheme and solution of the important questions
❖ Student has to note down the scheme and solution of the assigned questions
                     Session II:
❖ Individual system will be assigned to each student.
❖ Student will be asked to key in the answers in accordance with scheme and solution
                     Session III:
❖ Each student will explain the assigned questions among themselves (Cooperative
                     learning)
❖ All the questions and answers are collated and distributed among themselves.
