What is Naples Beach Club?
The 125-acre Naples Beach Club is a premier residential, resort and recreational community
spanning Gulf Shore Boulevard North in the heart of Naples, Florida. The beachside of the
property will include a 216-room luxury resort hotel, private membership club and resort
amenities, and 58 Residences situated on 1,000 feet of prime white-sand beach. The golfside
of the property will have fewer than 100 luxury Residences, Market Square, the golf and
racquet sports recreational area, as well as additional membership club and resort amenities.
Where is Naples Beach Club located?
Naples Beach Club is centrally located in Old Naples, a short distance from 5 Avenue South,

the heart of Naples’ shopping and dining. The Naples Airport, which serves private aviation, is
less than five miles away, and Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is 33 miles away.
Who is the developer of Naples Beach Club?
The owner/developer team consists of affiliates of The Athens Group (Montage Laguna
Beach; Montage Deer Valley®) and MSD Partners, L.P. (Four Seasons Resort Hualalai; Four
Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea), owners of some of the finest luxury resorts in the world.
Who will be the operator of the hotel?
A letter of intent is in place and final negotiations are nearing completion for the luxury hotel
component of the project that will be branded and managed by one of the most prominent
luxury hotel operators in the world.
How many Residences in total are planned?
The Residences at Naples Beach Club will be constructed in phases ultimately totaling
approximately 160 Residences. The first phase will include 58 beachfront Residences and
12 Residences on the golfside of Gulf Shore Boulevard North.
