What are the residential options?

The 2 to 5+ bedroom Beachside Residences range in size from 2,684 to 6,805 interior
square feet with 12-foot-high ceilings, with an additional 256 to 1,703 square feet of gracious
terraces. These Residences feature open Great Rooms that seamlessly blend the indoor and
outdoor environments.

Four first-level Beach Houses ranging in size from 5,720 to 12,364 interior square feet offer
direct, private access to the sand. Four Penthouses range in size from 5,118 to 14,731 interior
square feet, with 14-foot-high ceilings. Both the Beach Houses and the Penthouses feature
expansive terraces with outdoor pools, private gardens and entertaining spaces including
outdoor kitchens.

The Golfside Residences will include 12 residences in the first phase.

How will the Residences be finished?

Buyers who sign contracts early in the development process will have a choice between
one of two interior design packages:

Beachwood
Clean lines with natural materials create an elegant yet understated Residence.

Seashell
Rooted in tradition but with a nod to contemporary design, these Residences
exude quiet opulence.

Will I be able to customize my Residence?

No customization will be permitted prior to closing. Each buyer will be entitled to customize
his or her Residence after closing in accordance with the condominium documents.

What residential services will be offered?

A complete range of services will be managed by a 24-hour Residential Concierge team
dedicated to meeting the needs of residents, from airport transfer to provisioning to
arranging dinner reservations and unique excursions. Room service, maid service and
laundry and dry-cleaning services will be available from the hotel.

What is Market Square?

Market Square will be the vibrant center of the Naples Beach Club community, offering a
General Store, the Market Square Bar & Grill with its game room and bowling alley, the Kids
Club, casual eateries including The Porch (ice cream pavilion), and movies at the Screening
Room and on the lawn as part of the Outdoor Movie Nights.

Market Square will also be the home of The Spa at Naples Beach Club, an expansive
wellbeing and fitness center including large aerobic and strength training areas, a full-
service salon and luxurious spa facilities.
