What are the private amenities for Club Members?

Private amenities for Club Members only include:

Residents Beach Club: Spa and fitness, outdoor living room, Members lounge,
card room and Sunset Overlook

Beachside: Adult and family pools with Jacuzzis and cabanas, Residents Beach House with
food and beverage offerings, the Outdoor Pursuits program, and a Gulf-front lawn for yoga
and other activities

Golfside Later Phase Amenities: Adult and family pools with Jacuzzis and picnic grills,
and lake with pavilion and boardwalk

What are the golf offerings at Naples Beach Club?

We are working with Tom Fazio, one of the most prominent golf course designers in the
world, to reimagine the golf experience.

What type of memberships will be offered by the Club?

The Club will be a non-equity membership club that can be enjoyed by Members, their
parents, children, and grandchildren.

Is membership limited to Residence owners?

A limited number of Club memberships may be available to non-residents.

Does purchase of a Residence include membership in the Club?

Purchase of a Residence in the project does not include membership in the Club. Each
buyer will have to apply for membership.

Who is the operator of the private amenities and Club?

The Club, including the golf course and racquet sports facilities, will be operated by the
luxury hotel operator on behalf of the Club owner. Discovery Land Company will provide
advisory services to the Club owner.

Will homeowners be permitted to rent their Residences?

With limited exception, the condominium documents will not permit homeowners to rent
their Residences at Naples Beach Club. That said, all homeowners will be permitted to
rent their Residences to other Naples Beach Club homeowners, subject to City of Naples’
ordinances, which limit rentals of less than 30 days to no more than three times per year.
