Where is the closest medical center?
Naples Research Hospital and Medical Center is 1.5 miles, or five minutes, from
Naples Beach Club.
Who is the design team behind Naples Beach Club?
The design team includes Hart Howerton (Kukio Golf and Beach Club; Montage Palmetto
Bluff), Champalimaud Design (Beverly Hills Hotel Bungalows; The Plaza New York), and
Fazio Golf Design (Pelican Hill Golf Club; Kukio Golf and Beach Club).
When is construction scheduled to commence?
Demolition of the existing hotel is currently scheduled for summer 2021. Construction of the
new hotel and Residences is anticipated to begin late 2021/early 2022.
When will the hotel and the first phase of Residences be completed?
Our current construction schedule projects completion of the hotel in Q1 of 2024 and the
first phase of Residences in fall 2024.
What will be built in Phase 1?
The initial phase of construction will include all facilities on the beachside of Gulf Shore
Boulevard North (hotel, beachside amenities and the three residential buildings), as well
as Market Square, The Spa, the golf and racquet facilities, and other recreational amenities
along with one residential/hotel building on the golfside of the property. Future phases will
include additional residential buildings and additional Club facilities on the golfside.
What is the security program for The Residences?
Vehicular access to The Residences will be controlled by manned gatehouses on either side
of Gulf Shore Boulevard North. The lobbies of individual condominium buildings will be
staffed by Residential Services personnel. All buildings will be served by security cameras,
and additional security personnel will patrol the grounds 24/7.
How are the buildings protected from hurricanes?
All buildings will be designed to meet the latest Florida building codes, including hurricane-
rated glass systems. The first residential level of each beachside building will be above the
building’s garage, at 18 feet above sea level.
