Developing Emerging Leaders (DEL) Nomination Program
This challenging program enables participants to strengthen their leadership brand and build
connections across the company. Participants will complete a variety of learning and
Course Overview reflection activities that equip them with the tools, mindset and self-knowledge to positively
influence business growth, drive employee engagement and become a true organizational
leader.
• Articulate a personal leadership brand, and how that brand impacts self, team and
organization.
• Learn and apply a model of influence to increase personal effectiveness.
Learning Outcomes
• Understand personal leadership style and how that style impacts team and business
success.
• Demonstrate knowledge of key business levers.
Target Audience High Potential and Promotable Band 8 colleagues, at least 12 months with the Company.
Multiple self-directed learning activities; One virtual instructor-led session; One 3-day
