Homemade Soy Sauce
Ingredients and Prep:
1/4 tablespoon of ground ginger.
2 tablespoons of dark molasses.
4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar.
4 tablespoons of beef bouillon.
1 1/2 cups of water.
A pinch of white pepper.
A pinch of garlic powder.
Cooking Directions:
Place a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the water, molasses, beef bouillon, balsamic vinegar, ginger, white
pepper and garlic powder. Stir constantly.
Boil lightly for approximately 15 minutes.
Serving Instructions, Tips & Variations: The mixture should be
reduced to final quantity of approximately 1 cup.
