Noodle	Veggie	Soup

	

Ingredients	and	Prep:
1/8	tablespoon	of	pepper.
1/8	tablespoon	of	dried	thyme	leaves.
½	tablespoon	of	salt.
½	tablespoon	of	dried	basil	leaves.
2	cups	of	mixed	vegetables.
1	1/2	cups	of	uncooked	egg	noodles.
5	½	cups	of	water.
1	9-ounce	pack	of	baby	lima	beans.
1	small	chopped	onion.
1	sliced	stalk	of	celery.
2	vegetable	bouillon	cubes.

	
	

Cooking	Directions:
Thaw	the	frozen	beans	and	veggies.
Combine	all	of	the	components,		except	for	the	noodles,	in	a	saucepan.
Bring	the	ingredients	to	a	boil.
Add		the	noodles.
Bring	the	soup	to	a	boil	again.
Cover	the	saucepan	and	reduce	heat.
Simmer	for	approximately	8	to	10	minutes.	The	noodles	and	veggies
must	be	soft	and	tender.
Stir	occasionally.
