Don't	bring	the	soup	to	a	boil	after	you	add	the	milk.
Make	this	recipe	Celiac-friendly	by	using	gluten-free	flour.

Cheese	Ravioli	Soup	Ingredients	and	Prep:
1/8	tablespoon	of	white	pepper.
1	tablespoon	of	Italian	seasoning.
2	tablespoons	of	olive	oil.
1	cup	of	shredded	carrots.
1	chopped	onion.
3	cloves	of	minced	garlic.
1	18-ounce	can	of	cannellini	beans.
2	14-ounce	cans	of	diced	tomatoes.
2	14	-ounce	cans	of	vegetable	broth.
1	9-ounce	package	of	cheese	ravioli.

	
	

Cooking	Directions:
Rinse	and	drain	the	cannellini	beans.
Pour	the	olive	oil	into	a	large	saucepan.
Heat	the	olive	oil	over	medium	heat.
Mix	in	the	onion,	carrots	and	garlic.
Cook	for	approximately	4	minutes.	The	veggies	must	be	soft	and	tender.
Add	the	white	pepper,	diced	tomatoes	and	seasoning.
Bring	the	ingredients	to	a	boil.
Reduce	heat	and	simmer	for	15	minutes.
Add	the	ravioli.
Cook	over	medium	high	heat	for	6	to	8	minutes.	The	ravioli	must	be	soft
and	tender.
