Creamy Crabby Tomato Soup
Ingredients and Prep:
2 tablespoons of olive oil.
1/4 cup of chopped onions.
1 can condensed tomato soup.
1 can of corn.
1 can of diced tomatoes.
1 can of diced potatoes.
1 6-ounce can of crab meat.
1 pint of half-and-half.
2 cloves of minced garlic.
Cooking Directions:
Place the oil, garlic and onion in a large saucepan.
Place on medium heat and cook until the garlic and onions are soft and
tender.
Add the potatoes, tomatoes, tomato soup corn and crab meat.
Stir well and add the half-and-half.
Bring the soup to a boil, stirring periodically.
Serving Instructions, Tips & Variations: This recipe will serve 3.
Serve with side salad and bread.
Substitute the half-and-half with heavy cream for a creamier, thicker
consistency.
