recommend stocking your pantry with a few essentials, such as wheat-
free pasta, along with rice flour and other gluten-free flour varieties.
I also recommend keeping a supply of gluten-free breadcrumbs on-hand.
You can make your own by storing gluten-free bread in your freezer.
Simply defrost and turn them into breadcrumbs as needed! In fact, these
gluten-free ingredients can be utilized in many of this book's recipes, not
just those that are designated as "GF."
