My Photo Disappeared? What Now?
Did you upload a photo but now you find that it's
missing from your LinkedIn profile? It may have
been removed because it was flagged by another
user or LinkedIn management as inappropriate. As
a professional networking site, LinkedIn requires
that you must use a photo to which you own the
rights. That is, you cannot use copyrighted photos
even if they are of you! You must own the copyright
to your material.
Also, it must be a picture of you and not someone
or something else. As a professional site, you're
not allowed to use images of scenery, animals,
designs, or anything of the like. You can change or
update your photograph at any time, however, by
following the simple upload instructions.
