word "audit", an automatic panic
attack starts to take place. This
reaction could be the cause of
many reasons, which in most cases
are not warranted.

Compliance guidelines

adherence
Auditing is an essential tool that
allows healthcare providers and
governing boards to assess the way
healthcare facility operates.
An audit can be done as frequently
as monthly, or in most
recommended cases, on a
semiannually or annually basis. A
report at the end of each audit
should be provided and discuss with
relevant bodies regarding its
findings.
If you haven't conducted your audit
for the year as yet, its time to get on
it.
