The Glue - None of the moving parts of TPA leadership would work, without the Interim- Executive
Director Erwin Ballarta and the amazing Assistant Executive Director Ramona Krieg. These leaders

represent the best in Texas law enforcement.

It is to the advantage to TPA to include the businesses and community we serve. The days of no backup

and doing it by ourselves are long gone. Today, we realize that the communities we protect and serve are
also wanting to support our efforts. However, sometimes we don’t have the support because we simply
don’t ask. I am asking you, to ask your law enforcement sisters and brothers to become members of TPA.

I am asking you, to encourage your police agency to sign up as a member. In addition, I am asking you,
to contact your business community and individual police supporters and ask them to become members
of TPA. The obligation to make Texas safer is the responsibility of all of us. The time to do it is now! #
