We hosted the 149th Law Enforcement Leadership Conference in Bandera on September 16-21, 2018.
The Conference was for those in Leadership roles including administrative, management, supervisory, or
advisory positions in any Law Enforcement or Public Safety Agency. Through team effort, in the early
years, it was determined that there need to be a course that would help grow ethical, competent and
self-less leaders. Through the efforts of FBI, DPS and Texas Police Association the Law Enforcement
Leadership Conference was created.
