                                                                                           The net surplus of funds generated by CZS operating

                                                                                       Nature Plaza. Furthermore, in 2019, we moved ahead with the

                                                                                       which establishes clear short- and long-term goals, and high-

                                                                                       of completing a comprehensive 20-year Master Site Plan that
